Questions on The Project Playground : Tan Heng Yeow

1 What do you see as the problem in the playground we have?

-Most of them have similar playing gadgets and are common,thus children are sick of playing them.

-Most of them are also meant for active children and not disable children.

2 How can we, as concerned people, improve the playground?

-We cannot control the construction/changes to the current playgrounds but we can do our part as concern people by suggesting to the MP of the particular city about improvising the current playground or build special playgrounds for disabled or have special needs children.

3 In what ways do you think you can make your playground more appealing to people of different abilities?

-I could find the needs of the people of different abilities and build in fun but non-dangerous playing stuffs in my playground to suit those people.

4 How can we make the playground more accessible to children of different abilities?

-I could suggest a special pathway or a bridge to lead to the playground easily so that it would be more accessible to the children of different abilities.
